This Privacy Policy describes how JPop (sole proprietor), operating at jpop.cloud ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our messaging, assistant, and connected-account services, including SMS communications and optional X/Twitter account integrations.

1) Information We Collect

• Contact information: phone number, email address, and related messaging identifiers.
• Message content: SMS messages you send us and we send to you.
• Connected account information: if you authorize an integration such as X/Twitter, we may process account identifiers, profile information, posts, bookmarks, direct messages, lists, follows, likes, media, and other account data permitted by the scopes you approve.
• Technical/usage data: message timestamps, delivery status, carrier/network metadata, API request metadata, and service logs.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide and operate our SMS, messaging, assistant, and connected-account services.
• Respond to inbound messages and support requests.
• Perform user-requested actions, such as reading saved content, summarizing posts, drafting replies, posting content, or managing account items when explicitly requested.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse/fraud, and troubleshoot service issues.
• Comply with legal, platform, and carrier requirements (including messaging compliance).

3) SMS Program Privacy Disclosures

Program name: Sean Alerts. By opting in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from us at the number provided for personal reminders and household coordination updates. Message frequency varies; typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS opt-in is optional, voluntary, and separate from any website terms. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of any purchase, transaction, account creation, service access, or use of jpop.cloud.

• Opt out: text STOP (or END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to unsubscribe at any time.

4) X/Twitter and Connected Account Integrations

Connecting an X/Twitter account is optional. If you authorize access, we use the approved OAuth scopes only to provide personal assistant functionality you request, such as reading bookmarked posts, summarizing posts or threads, searching account-accessible content, drafting posts or replies, managing lists, uploading media, or sending/reading direct messages if you separately approve direct-message access.

We do not sell connected-account data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Account data may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate the service, store credentials securely, troubleshoot, or perform actions you request.

You can revoke connected-account access at any time from your X/Twitter account settings or by contacting us. You may also contact us to request deletion of retained connected-account data where applicable by law.

5) Sharing of Information

We may share information with vendors/service providers strictly to run the service (for example, telecommunications and hosting providers, including Twilio for message transport).

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It may be processed by messaging aggregators and service providers only as needed to deliver SMS (for example, Twilio).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

6) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, recordkeeping, and legal compliance, then delete or de-identify when appropriate.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8) Your Choices and Rights

• You can opt out of SMS at any time by texting STOP.
• You can revoke connected-account permissions from the relevant platform account settings, including X/Twitter app permissions.
• You can contact us to request updates, export, or deletion where applicable by law.

9) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page.
